Campaign Description

The totally redesigned MINI has a massive array of impressive new features. MINI Canada wanted to launch the new car by highlighting all these advancements. They really wanted the new features to “jump out at you.” So, at the risk of being obvious, we created a microsite entirely in 3D. A series of narrated vignettes (highlights include the MINI Cooper's Stop-Start Button and Dynamic Stability Control and the Integrated Navigation System on the MINI Cooper S) provide detailed feature demonstrations for both the MINI Cooper and MINI Cooper S. 3D glasses were provided to anyone who wanted them, giving MINI lovers an opportunity to get a free gift just for signing up. In turn, MINI Canada received over 3500 new leads directly from the website. (Over 50,000 glasses were handed out at Auto Shows across Canada.) Of course, the site looks best through a set of 3D glasses. But even those without specialized eyewear can enjoy the experience by just squinting really hard.
