Description:

Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide is looking for PR & Media talents to join our BIG FAMILY! We are committed to provide talents excellent learning and development opportunities!

 

Responsibility:

1.         Management and leadership of team in particular segment of business group’s area of expertise.

2.         Senior client leadership in particular segment of business group’s area of expertise.  Support of group-related 360 initiatives.

3.         Delivery of pre-agreed revenue target as discussed with Business Director, Director or Associate Director, and carrying out specific parts of your selected group’s business plan.

4.         Senior participation in new business efforts, leadership of selected new business assignments.

5.         Delivery of one non-financial target and media relations goal that supports group developments.

 

 

Requirements:

1.         Good relationship with media: B2B/lifestyle/general/fashion, etc.

2.         Solid PR knowledge and skill set: press release, presentation writing and presenting skill

3.         Agency/in house background whilst related consumer marketing brands working experience (better have been working with alcohol brands)

4.         Good event planning/execution experience

5.         Fluent in both English and Mandarin

6.         A positive team player

7.         Can work under high pressure and OT

8.         Industry knowledge regarding B2B/ lifestyle/Luxury is a plus

 

 

Senior Associate, 资深客户主任

 

Responsibility:

1.         Day-to-day superior client management (either single client or multiple); Timely delivery of client account management work as approved by your manager.

2.         Manages client budgets and handles financial administration for the team.

3.         Support of new business as requested by team leader or manager.

4.         Delivery of one non-financial target and media relations goal that supports the teams development.

5.         Clearly demonstrates Ogilvy values.

 

Requirements:

1.         Account Management

     Performs day-to-day account work that may include: drafting a wide range of written materials, coordinating events, maintaining client and media contact.

     Is fully familiar with group’s communications plans for accounts and understands and tracks clients’ businesses.

     Acts as a liaison between client, outside suppliers (graphic designers, photographers, A/V houses, etc.) and, as appropriate, other internal and external audiences (e.g., employees, media, interest groups).

     Pursues opportunities for enhancing involvement and contributions to the account, team and agency.

2.         Professional Skills

     Drafts sound, credible documents such as client memos, news releases, case histories, byliners, backgrounders, op-ed pieces, brochures and collateral materials.

     Implements events such as press conferences, media briefings, analyst meetings, media tours third-party advocacy, etc.

     Demonstrates competence at using internal and external research capabilities and in preparing in-depth analyses.

     Has sound working knowledge of graphics, production and printing, video and broadcast, IT and emerging media.

     Is building presentation skills.

     Contributes to presentations using internal or external resources.

     Executes media and advocacy relations activities and has working knowledge of media advocates and their needs.
